Where specifically is the shield you mention deployed? Are you accessing the
mailing list, the website, the CI pages, github, ...?

Hi,

I do see the proxy error in the logs.

Can you check again?

We are currently handling around 10-20 accesses by scraper bots a second
and the anubis proxy might have been temporarily overwhelmed.

(The current ratio of scraperbots to users is somewhere in the 20 to 1
up to 100 to 1 range. Because of this the countermeasures.)

I sympathize with your efforts. Yesterday I couldn't pull up the org website for at least half an hour. It's back now.
