There is no tutorial for this. You would set
the boundary conditions weakly at the immersed boundaries. Here are two

Yes. There have been several papers written on this. Here are two:

Compared
to for example SIMP (as in step 79), the benefit is that the
discretization of the PDE is more accurate. The price is that the
implementation is much more complicated.
