FAQs list

Would it be possible to include a linked list of the FAQs page questions at the top of the FAQs page (maybe even organized by categories), or is this a limitation imposed by github (since the FAQs page is there)? I find it hard to navigate the FAQs page as is - when I have a specific question, I have to scroll through the entire FAQs page, which consists of all of the questions and their responses, which are often quite lengthy. It'd be nice to see at a glance all of the different questions answered on the page.

After more than a year, I've finally opened an issue for that [1]. Yes, we
lost all table of contents during the migration from google code to
github. In general our wiki desperately needs some cleanup. :-/
