Hi All,
I have found your site when searching for the processor that is
running my new NAS. It is a two disk Meebox NAS
www.looqs.com/
I came across your website when searching for the CPU that is running
it :)
cat /proc/cpuinfo
Processor : FA526id(wb) rev 1 (v4l) BogoMIPS : 230.19 -- snip --
Hardware : GeminiA
Revision : 0000
Serial : 0000000000000000
cat /proc/mtd
dev: size erasesize name
mtd0: 00120000 00020000 "RedBoot"
mtd1: 00200000 00020000 "Kernel"
mtd2: 00600000 00020000 "Ramdisk"
mtd3: 00600000 00020000 "Application"
mtd4: 00020000 00020000 "VCTL"
mtd5: 000a0000 00020000 "CurConf"
mtd6: 00020000 00020000 "FIS directory"
The firmware file is here:
http://www.looqs.com/firmware/meebox_nas/Firmware_MeeBox_NAS_v1.24F_25112010.zip
There is also an app package that gets put onto the HDD that has a
number of packages and a linux rootfs
It seems quite different from the bin that is being supplied for
snakeOS, is there any millage in making a firmware that would update
on this device from your sources? The NAS is okay but I would like to
be running transmission etc etc. Wouldn't we all :)
Any feedback on this would be great.
Thanks,
Tom
