Last month was a big success regardless of the storm, it seems having
a dance floor is very popular among some of our Patrons so I will be
on the lookout for more places like that to have from time to time for
some of the future DPN events :)
The next DPN Location for Friday, March 5th, 2010 will be at Hooley's
Irish Pub and Grill in the Grossmont Center in La Mesa. Since it's
March and St Patrick's coming up, figured it would be a good idea to
make it Irish themed :)
I checked out this place the other day and it looks real nice with
plenty of room in different areas of the restaurant with a neat bar
set up. They have TWO Happy Hour Times, one from 3pm - 7pm then
another one from 10pm till Close :)
The DPN event will run from 6pm until 2pm so some of you early birds
can show up for the first happy hour and have dinner. The food looked
real good when I stopped by there and I definitely want to try their
food :)
I am still in the process of working with one of the managers to see
if they are willing to set aside one large area of the restaurant for
DPN patrons only and will announce that if they agreed to it,
otherwise just go where all the flying hands are :)
Looking forward seeing you all again!
