My son gave me the CD version of SuDoku Live for Christmas. It came
packaged in a box from "Game Mill publishing." I installed it on my
PC and then click on the shortcut icon the installation created. If
I choose any of the options (easy, medium, hard, ...) nothing
happens. The only option on the menu bar is help. I've read what I
can find and still stuck. All I want to do is play a single player
game. Do I still need to do something online? How? Do I need to
pay more money?

I have the same problem. I tried to go to Help, then register a nick
name, but the verification e-mail did not come, and when I try to play
a game, it goes black, then exits the Window! I don't know what to do.
I also got it for Christmas ;)

Thanks for your help, but its still not working. I load it up, and
press "Easy" to test it out. But it will open a new window for a
couple of seconds, and then unexpectedly close. Even on both
versions. ???

Make sure you have your computer running the latest service pack from
Microsoft and try to download the latest OpenGL drivers for your
graphics card (i.e. just google for "ATI opengl driver windows vista"
or "NVIDIA opengl driver windows vista" or "INTEL opengl driver
windows vista"). If none of the versions (DirectX/OpenGL) work, this
probably means the game for whatever reason does not work on your
machine. If that's the case return the CD.

We have about 12 people on the support forums having trouble with Su
Doku Live, the game has been in stores for more than a year, you are
the second one that I was unable to help. The game sold thousands of
copies, but these two copies are the ones I remember the most.

This is hard. There are just too many computer setups and graphic
cards. Guess getting to 99.99% is probably the best someone can aim to
support.

Sorry I could not help further.
