Revised Installation Instructions for MacOS

The installation instructions are revised for MacOS.

More recent MacOS versions require one additional step.

If you installed version 3.50 on a Mac and couldn't get it to launch, you will need to remove it and then re-install with the updated instructions.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
