Nun ja, ein Vollquottel ist jemand, der voll quottelt, wie der Name
schon sagt. Also jemand, der die komplette Nachricht, auf die er/sie
sich bezieht, zitiert, obwohl daß vollkommen sinnlos, nutzlos und
bandbreitenverschwenderisch ist.
