That is either the perception of this old man or the perception the
documentary authors wanted him to display and which he displayed
perhaps in good faith. The basic assumption that many of his German
peers "willingly went along with the basic concept of "the holocaust"
is wrong.
As you know, there is a huge chasm between the notions of
shoa or holocaust which derived from the Nuremberg trials and were
later "enriched", and what the contemporaries perceived. Remember : no
written orders about an extermination of Jews because they were Jewish
were ever found.
Latter-day shoa theoricians had to coin the notion of the "nod from Hitler" :
Hitler would have conveyed orders about mass murder of Jews through body
language. Why ? Out of caution ? Out of fear ? Out of shame ? It does not make
sense to state that the annihilation of Jews was both a state secret and a
concept the German population (or a sizable part of it) knowingly and
willingly went along with

There was no specific hatred of Jewish people. There was a large
measure of fear of bolchevism. The danger was from within : the German
Communist Party was the strongest outside the Soviet Union.
And many Anti-Communists identified bolchevism as a Jewish cause :
in Czarist Russia, Jews experienced pogroms, limitation of rights. Many of
them welcomed the fall of the Czar, and in Russia a lot of them were
instrumental in the establishment of the Communist regime.
That applies with the post-WW1 era. More generally, there was a feeling that
Jewish influence (among others) was behind the 1918 defeat, the revolution and
the civil war which broke out in its aftermath : Jews could have sided
with the Entente after Russia withdrew from the war and Britain
declared itself for the establishment of a Jewish Homeland in
post-Ottoman Palestina.
There was some distrust of the Jewry (in France, after the 1870 defeat, some
remarked that a Jewish adviser to Chancellor Bismarck was the one who induced
him to demand a 5 billion gold franks contribution within the 10 May 1871
Treaty of Frankfurt from France; and others observed that Jews at large,
especially corporate decision-makers had favoured Bismarck' policies of German
unification which France clumsily had opposed because it deprived it
forever of any hope of geopolitical dominance on mainland Europe, and
not just of Alsace and Northern Lorraine)

Well, French and Spaniards were aliens, outside the country.
Jews were within and outside, and seemed to rule the Soviet Union.
Germans and Spaniards would find it difficult to hate each other because they
don't have common borders or opposite interests in general. In WW1, Portugal
which had always been close to Britain (even in the Middle-Ages,
England helped Portuguese to free themselves from the Arabs), joined
the Entente, something the Spanish king could not consider to do : the
Spaniards resented French influence, and disliked the Anti-Catholic,
freemasonic republican regime in France. In France, the words
"republic" and "republican" do not just mean what you can read in the
dictionnaries : they are coded words which convey a measure of adhesion
to political correctness (even before the expression was ever invented)

Entente = alliance of the United Kingdom and its empire, France, Russia
until 1917, Serbia, Italy, Japan, the USA after 1917, Romania,
Belgium, Portugal, Greece
Central Empires : alliance of Germany, Austria-Hungary, the Ottoman
Empire (Turkey), Bulgaria

White Supremacist Busted on Child-Porn Charge
Leading Intellectual of Racist Movement Was Arrested by Federal Agents

A leader of the white supremacist movement was arraigned today on
charges of possession of child pornography and witness tampering after
being arrested by FBI agents Thursday night at his home in
Charlottesville, Va.
Kevin Alfred Strom, founder of the National Vanguard white supremacist
group, was considered the leading intellectual of the movement since
the death of William Pierce, the author of the notorious "Turner
Diaires."
Strom was arraigned in U.S. District Court in Charlottesville, charged
with the two counts, and is currently being held at a facility in the
city. According to the indictment, he allegedly possessed or attempted
to possess "multiple images of child pornography" on his computer's
hard drive.
Strom was also charged with witness tampering, which involved
physically assaulting and mentally intimidating a witness to his
criminal activity.
