Like the super computers of the 70's computing industry moved into the homes
as technology improved, so will bio technologies in the coming years. The
future will give the ability of home designers to manipulate DNA structures
and mass produce the host them carry them, with ease. The equipment,
splicing/pal chemicals and knowledge will be available to all to use.
The future wars of the world are going to be at racial based bio-weapons
level.
Your challenge is to learn and be the first to the technology to promote and
protect your race. Keeping your own race as pure as possible is will an
advantage as multi raced countries will be at more risk due to being easier
targets for domination. A multicasts have more racial keys that will make
them more susceptible to the virus/pathogens when used. Sleepers could be
moved into a country with immigration and used after an attack to mop up the
survivors in a ground war. A pure race have more chance of being organised
than a multicultural and multiracial one. A race based more around fiscal
topics will be more at risk than one that is more national.

*Immediate risks are, China, and Israel. China is heavily into research
and has people stationed around the developed world learning from their
technologies.
*Slow release of bio-weapons might be the best means to hindering
conventional attacks if bio-weapons are detected.
*Obscure races will have an advantage to being overlooked in weapons.
*A country without conventional weapons is more at risk
*A country that allows imports of civil based product agents are at higher
risk. Example a bio weapons could be as simple as a batch of cigarette
lighters that wont light your smoke, but release a disease.
*Air path monitoring, aircraft allowance, air defence will be critical to
protection.
