Diese Schaltnetzteilplatine aus meinem Phillips-HDR3800/31 ist wohl noch
in diversen anderen Geräten verbaut worden.
Leider findet man zwar einige Service-Manuals, aber bei denen ist die
PSU immer nur als Kästchen ohne Schaltplan-Innenleben gezeichnet. Und
genau das suche ich.

OEM Zukaufteil bei dem der Hersteller selbst nicht weiss,
was seiner aus China geliefert wurde ?

Hallo Leidensgenossen!
Der Artikel ist zwar ein bisschen her, aber irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, die HDR3800 und HDR3810 und der ohne Tuner, wie doch gleich, PVR3540, sterben wie die Fliegen an überalterten Kondensatoren.
Jaja, das Netzteil.
Man müsste mal die alten Filme kopieren können, meinetwegen HDD ausbauen. Aber leider ist die HDD in von mir unbekanntem Format (3 Partitionen, eine davon etwas lesbar, aber scheinbar nur Index und so.) Wer weiß, auf welchem Linux das Ding basiert? Oder FreeBSD? Ubuntu soll die Partitionen besser lesen, bekomme es gerade noch nicht zum Laufen am Mac, brauche noch ein paar Tage Linux-Wissen und EFI-Nachhilfe.

Ob man dann einen Schaltplan hat, naja, bin kein Spezialist für Schaltnetzteile.
Bin gerade versucht, ein gebrauchtes funktionierendes zu kaufen, um die Steuersignale zum Aufwachen aus dem Standby zu untersuchen und dem Ding ein kleines Computernetzteil zu verpassen. Meinetwegen extern oder per Leitung vom PC;) 3,3V 5V 12V und das ganze noch als Standby-Spannung ist ja nicht so aus der Welt.
Service-Manual mit Netzteil-Schaltplan, leider ohne Bestückungs-Layout, gibts da:

(Vorsicht fiese Seiten mit den Bestückungsplängen, das sind Mega-Vektor-Grafiken oder so. Gebt den Rechnerlein Zeit, die diese Seiten anzeigen sollen).

Philips HDR3800 has some problems with Elkos that get old to fast.
I will order the Elko Kit e.g. from above cited site, the first link, and replace the elkos.
Service Manual with circuit of the power supply see second link. Or contact me andihdr point hofma at the service 9ox in domain net.
A year ago I did only the "bloated" ones for a friend, now a second one, and this was a mistake. Sat in the dark after plugging in and seeing a spark. If you do not have the equipment or skills to decide which elkos are worn out exchange them all. Or throw the crap away, if you are not sure what you are doing. (Flat inventory and lives more important than old movies for me.)
Perhaps get the parts from a similar power supply unit.
If anyone has some Idea as to how to transfer the content of the HDR to a PC or Mac, I would be glad to receive some Mail or hint. It seems to be a non-standard partition scheme, 3 Partitions, only one readable 30GB, probably the one with pics/mp3 that they allow to export....
Linux rescue disk BackTrack could not read 2 of the 3 partitions.
Just cloned the whole disk with paragon 2013 free from chip.de to an archive, set of 4GB chunks, but this is only some way of backup.
Someone noted some boxes are BSD based, UDF filesystems, etc.. will follow this as time permits.
The device has a limited "moral" lifetime with us here because no analogue channels will be transmitted over cable after Spring 2014 any more, and I can't think of a way to introduce a digital tuner to the pile of crap...
Perhaps one has to look out for a way to grab the images from HDMI.
But re-coding losses will not be avoidable, and let's not speak about time and effort needed. Will do this only for the "price" films like archived baby videos, but most of it is there in original dVideo Cassettes, uff.
At least I have not found alternate firmwares that would open up the archive to USB or FireWire / IEE1394 interface the HDR surely has, and this would be the most welcomed solution...
Damn digital rights management, please translate with "utmost imprisoning and de-righting the customer from the possibility to view his personal collection on succeeding devices or do backups". Sorry for my bad english ;)

Oh ha! Jetzt war ich "ewig und drei Tage" nicht mehr hinter diesem Thema hinterher.
Ich danke für den Link mit dem Servicemanual, das tatsächlich den Schaltplan vom AC7010LF Netzteil enthält.
