Hallo,

vielleicht bin ich hier ja vielleicht etwas OT, weiß aber nicht, wo ich
sonst fragen soll. Also, ich möchte ein Notebook Display an einen PC mit VGA
Ausgang anschließen. Ist das überhaupt möglich ???

Nein. Nicht ohne Zusatzhardware zum Preis eines Notebooks.

Kommt drauf an. Mit Einschrämkungen (Fester Pixeltakt, nur ein Bit pro
Farbe, also insgesamt 8 Farben):
