Intellibox-Update Problem?!?

Ich habe versucht, meine IBox von Version 1.000 auf 1.101 upzudaten
(schreckliches Wort...)
Dabei hat das Update erst anstandslos geklappt, irgendwann hat das Programm
einen "Schwerwiegenden Fehler" gemeldet und das Update abgebrochen.
Anschließend habe ich versucht, das Update neu zu starten, was beim ersten
Versuch auch gelang.
Leider war auch dieser nicht von Erfolg gekrönt....
Das Problem: die Ibox meldet sich jetzt nur noch mit einem "Please upload
KPU-Program", aber das Update-Programm findet die Ibox nicht mehr (falscher
COM-Port oder IBox nicht angeschlossen). Und die Hotline ist bis 03.01.
nicht besetzt :-((
Weiß jemand rat?!?

p.s. Bei mir hat das Update einwandfrei geklappt
Hast du es unter DOS (Empfohlen) oder im DOS-Fenster von Windows ausgeführt
Am besten auch die Baudrate bei längeren Kabel auf 2400 setzen
Ist aber jetzt warscheinlich zu Spät
Kommst du bei der I-Box noch ins Menü ? evtl. Reset auf Werkseinstellungen
Schau mal im Handbuch nach, ich habe glaube ich etwas in der Richtung
gelesen

Should anything "go wrong" with the update, no need to worry: just shut off
the IB, power it up back again and restart the update process.
If the IB won't "boot" anymore (after power off/on after an "hanged" update
or after a "miscarriage" during an update - a very peculiar case (shouldn't
ever happen)), then two cases can occur (when you power up the IB again):
1) the IB spontaneously goes into download mode (red and green LED's blink
alternatively and the LCD shows an appropriate message);
2) the IB is "dead": either the SPU (no green or red LED action of any kind)
or the KPU (no LCD message is shown) or both. (SPU and KPU are the two
main
parts of which the IB is made of).
In the first case, nothing is to be done: you can proceed and restart the
update program. (This would be the typical case if your AC power fails
during the update).

In the second case (as said: a very unlikely case) you should apply the
following procedure:
- turn the IB off;
- connect the "E" line of the "DCC Booster" connector (the contact _less_
closer to the heat synk) to the brown wire (e.g. "brown" of the power
output of the IB);
- turn the IB back on and, WITHIN 3 SECONDS, disconnect the "E" line from
the brown wire.
This shall tell the IB (actually: the SPU (the "lower part" of the IB) to
enter download mode before trying to "boot".
The SPU then tries to tell the KPU to do the same (i.e. enter download
mode): you shall notice a change of "rythm" in the blinking of the red and
green LED as soon as the KPU has entered download mode too.
In case the KPU shouldn't enter download mode, you can press the [Menu] key
while the IB is being powered up in order to force the KPU into download
mode.
If the worst comes to the worst, both "procedures" (connecting "E" to the
brown wire for max 3 seconds and keeping [Menu] pressed must be applied at
the same time (while powering up the IB)).
