The #Drunken_Dragon_Inn is a channel on IRC's StarChat network.
StarChart itself is a network devoted mainly for RolePlay. At the DDI, you
can assume the role of almost any character you want. The environment is
somewhat like Dungeons and Dragons, with less rules and more Free Form Role
Play.
