Looking for a film? (Suchen nach einem Film?)

I hope you someone knows this film I saw in 2005/4 or something on
Australian television so probably from 2002 or earlier or something.
Anyhow it was in German could be an Austrian film. All I can remember
is that there was a girl who would set lots of alarm clocks to wake
her up throughout the night so she wouldn't sleep long enough in fear
(I think) of turning into a "zombie" happy person. I could of gotten a
bit wrong, any ideas?

This info is a trifle meagre to get search results from any of the movie
databases. No further info available?

I know, I have tried searching myself. I think she meets a guy (which
maybe eliminates 2% of movies) then they have a car crash I think, and
then they turn happy or something, I think, it was a while ago. It was
also now I think of it a fair bit earlier than 2002.

Maybe "Böse Zellen" AKA "Free Radicals"? Its plot keywords contain "car
accident", at least: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0372814/

I don't thinks so (Tim :), unfortunately. Here
http://www.filmevona-z.de/filmsuche.cfm?wert=522079&sucheNach=titel they say
she survives a plance crash but dies six years later in a car crash. Her
funeral then is the onset of the plot.

@bpazolli: has the movie been shown on SBS World Movies (or maybe FOX)?
Perhaps they will help you if you send them an email.
