Technical Sales/Customer Support Engineer
Location Dortmund/Germany

You will support exisiting customers as well as our business partners in
setting up and running our software as well as fixing problems in existing
customer
installations worldwide. Especially as the sales support engineer you will
be travelling a lot around Europe and occasionally the United States. Sales
Supoort Engineers will also help both our Sales staff as well as our VAR’s
sales staff to prepare proposals to
customers.

You need a solid experience in PC technology, PC operating systems or
wirless/wirebased communications. You should be especially strong in at
least one of the following areas:

- Installing, customizing and troubleshooting Windows NT, Windows 95 or
WinCE.
- Implementation and troubleshooting of IP based networks.
- Firm knowledge of wireless communications, especially GSM.
- Strong personal communications skills (especially as sales support
engineer)

At least 3 years of practical experience in one of the above areas required
