What does the job entail?
Startup of new clients aligning their software, business and HR
processes to a new setup geographically distant from the mother
organization
Sparring with existing customers regarding their current setup,
identify potential areas of improvement and assist with the
implementation
Through identification and relevant sparring, introduce Ciklum
services as possible solutions
The CSM position is the customer-know-it-all position and therefore
everybody is looking to the CSM for answers; customers and Ciklum'ers
alike.
