REQUIRED SKILLS: B.S. in Computer Science and 5 years experience. Must have all of the following:
Strong Web application development, support & maintenance
Good project management skills
Familiarity with testing and validation of regulated applications
Familiarity with Clinical Data Management and Clinical Study Processes
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
WBDC Implementation experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide second/third line support for deployed Web Based Data Capture (WBDC) applications
Support Study teams in Study set-up, Acceptance testing, validation activities
Manage requirements and delivery of data extracts
Liaison with Vendors as necessary
Support Study teams on IS issues relating to use of Web Based Data Capture (WBDC) solutions
Work with business to develop contingency plans
Manage activities around additional requirements ex: reports
Work with Business ISM to ensure IS related issues are escalated & resolved in a timely manner
Work with the deployment network to share learnings, best practices, etc.
