The Project Manager is responsible for developing a high level consolidated project plan, creating & maintaining an overall project budget, ensuring all software life cycle deliverables are managed to completion, participating in technical walkthroughs, ensuring accurate and complete system and user testing by managing the documentation of test plans, defect identification and resolution, and ensuring appropriate installation planning and implementation.
