Internet Application Developers needed in PA

Location: Oaks, PA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with the option of full time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Work with a diverse team to design and develop a web-based
application using Microsoft technologies
 Work closely with project lead to translate business requirements to
technical requirements, provide status updates, and identify and
resolve potential issues
 Solve complex technical problems by proactively offering solutions;
effectively work in a team environment and assist in determination of
the best solution
 Integrate with the business team to understand requirements, create
technical design specifications and implement those specifications
 Provide integration between existing business-critical applications
through user interfaces and back-end technology solutions
 Identify opportunities to leverage project activities and
deliverables across the client’s enterprise.
 Work with other client project teams to share knowledge and project
components.
REQUIREMENTS:
 3 to 5 years experience in Visual Basic Development. (Ver. 4 thru 6)
 1 to 3 years experience in web development using HTML, Java Script,
and ASP
 Strong experience with Microsoft NT, IIS, and Microsoft's SQL Server
database
 Strong experience in component-based development using COM/DCOM/MTS
 Experience with web development using Visual Basic 6 Web Classes
 Experience in and understanding of full life cycle application
development methodologies
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to embrace and support clients team based culture
 Work independently, elevating issues with solutions to the team
 Ensure adherence to the project and team's development standards.
