Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of 4 direct reports whose responsibility is to provide
PC desktop support for both software and hardware to over 400 end-
users. This position requires excellent communication skills and
patience since the end-users are non-technical for the most part
Required Skills:
- Previous experience managing a PC Help Desk
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Help Desk associate
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware
- Strong knowledge of the following PC software; MS Office, Windows 95
and 98
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, must have allot of patience
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows NT network O/S is a plus
