You should buy mail order. In most states, they dont tax mail order items.
You should buy it from like PC Warehouse Catalog or something. Ask the mail
order magazine people if they charge tax in your state. I buy everything mail
order. You should buy straight from the company that makes it also. I just
bought a 300mhz NEC computer with 56k modem, everything including monitor for
$2,199
