Creative CD-RW8433E didn t recognize CD -R or CD-RW

Hi,
I have a creative CD-RW8433E with Nero 5.0.
Since I changed my motherboard and the processor, the CDROM didn 't
recognize 9 times on 10 CD-R or CD-RW : cd empty . Why???
I loaded the last drivers from Nero, Asus , intel and I reinstalled
completely W98Se and i still have the same problem....I tried to change
brand for Cd but nothing better.
Before i used PIII 500Mhz with Trend Apollo Pro, now i have a CUSL2C with
PIII 1Ghz
