CD to CD copying in Win NT 4.0 (Plextor 12x4x32)

I am trying to copy CD to CD using CD Copier Deluxe in Adapter CD Creator
3.5c in Win NT 4.0 SP5. I have a Plextor CDRW 12x4x32 and a Teac CD532s
(SCSI) cdrom. The hard disk is also SCSI and I am using an Adaptec 2940
SCSI Card to connect everything up.

After loading the source and destination cdroms, the software recognises the
cd's however the "Copy" button is greyed out, and does not allow me to start
a copy. I have tried dropping the speed down to 4X, 2X and even 1X, with no
success. I have also tried a range of source and destination CDROMS, still
with no success.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?
