SUSE 8.2, WinXP Prof, SCO OS and LILO on 80GB ??

Hi,

I've got a preinstalled notebook with P4/2400, 512 MB RAM, 80 GB IDE
HD.
The HD was prepared with 40 GB Win XP Prof. and 20 GB Linux-Partition,
Lilo Works fine.

In the last partition I installed now SCO Open Server 5.0.6.
Installation runs but booting is not possible. I installed lilo new,
but found no way to boot the SCO Partition?

Does anyone has a solution (excluding new formatting ect. because of
data ;-) )
