c2faxsend funktioniert nur sendfax mag nicht

Ich bin kurz vor dem Irre werden. Ich hae hylafax und capi4hylafax
installiert. Faxe empfangen und senden mit c2faxrecv und c2faxsend
funktioniert wie geschossen, nur sendfax lässt mir alle faxe im queue.
Ich habe folgendes nachgeschaut:
/dev/capi20 hatte ich richtig gesetzt und trotz allem auf 777 abgeändert
crwxrwxrwx 1 root uucp 68, 0 Feb 10 18:43 /dev/capi20
/var/spool/fax/etc/config sieht so aus:
LogFacility: daemon
CountryCode: 49
AreaCode: 6131
LongDistancePrefix: 49
InternationalPrefix: 011
DialStringRules: "etc/dialrules"
ServerTracing: 1
SendFaxCmd: /usr/local/bin/c2faxsend
und var/og/messages spuckt mir das aus:
