Help me with my Linux fonts

Hello All,

Im a Linux newbie, I just installed linux on my system. I used
Netscape 4.0. I noticed that the fonts in Netscape don't look as sharp or
crisp as in Microsoft window. Is there something I can do to improve the
look of the fonts? The fonts are unreadable on some websites that us small
fonts.

Hi,

the problem is that not all fonts will be free under linux, but you
have the choice to install an font-server like "xftts" under and you can
install all win-fonts also under linux. For more information go under
www.freshmeat.net oer www.deja.com
