Gnomemeeting and duplex

Hi,
after having installed gnomemeeting and alsa successfully, the
gnomemeeting setup druid reports that I am having full duplex problems.
Being an alsa newbie, I don't have any clue how to activate/check my
duplex config.
I'm running an Avance als100 soundcard on a SuSE 8.1 w/ the latest
version of gnomemeeting downloaded from the generic site.
