wenn eine klasse in einer methode eine andere klasse instanziiert und am
ende der methode wegschmeißt, stelle ich das dann im klassendiagramm als
aggregation dar?

Nein, höchstens als dependency.
Aggregation ist für Instanzvariablen da, d.h. wenn deine Klasse A eine
Instanzvariable des Typs B hätte, würdest du eine Assoziation malen. Ob
die Assoziation dann in eine Aggregation oder eine Komposition
verfeinerst ist eine Frage der Anwendungssemantik.

Eher als Usage, evtl. von der entpsrechenden Methode aus.
