Phoenix BIOS: Keyboard locked

Last week I have got following message at booting:
'System CMOS checksum bas - run SETUP'. After running SETUP I get
another message: 'Keyboard locked - Unlock key switch'. This message is
now coming at every boot-up, if I press any key while booting, if not
computer hangs up.

But there is not any key switch on my computer. If I press <F1>,
booting continues.
When the system comes up (I'm running Linux) it do not have any
problems.
Have somebody any idea, what I should do to avoid this message and
hanging up?
