Keyboard locks up

After some series of clicks on my keyboard (Ms-Natural) usually fast ones,
it locks up. Nothing but hard reset can get me out of this lock.
The system used to work fine, but, now I have this problem and I dont have a
clue what the reason can be.
I changed keyboard and the problem remained.
Can someone help ?
