ACM SIGMOD has just announced a major expansion of its CDROM Digital Library.
Volume II of the SIGMOD Anthology will contain PDF versions of the following
publications.

Journals:

* TODS: ACM Transactions on Database Systems, 1976-1997
* VLDBJ: The Very Large Data Base Journal, 1992-1997

Conferences:

* ADBIS: Advances in Databases and Information Systems proceedings, 1994-1997
* DBPL: International Workshop on Database Programming Languages, selected
proceedings
* EDBT: Extended Database Technology proceedings, 1988-1996
* ER: Entity-Relationship proceedings, 1979-1991
* ICDE: IEEE International Conference on Data Engineering, all past
proceedings
* ICDT: International Conference on Database Theory proceedings, 1986-1997
* MFDBS: Symposium on Mathematical Fundamentals of Database Systems, all
past proceedings
* PDIS: Parallel and Distributed Information Systems, all past proceedings
* SSDBM: Statistical and Scientific Database Management, all past proceedings

This corresponds to over 35,000 pages of material, fully searchable, on
five CDROMS.

The Digital Library, including this second volume of the ACM Anthology, is
sent free to all SIGMOD members. New members will receive the first volume
now (while available, quantities are limited), and the second volume when it
is published, in Spring, 2000. ACM membership is not required to join
SIGMOD, so the total cost of membership is $20 (student membership is
available at $12).
