Psion S5 and Siemens S25 - Internet- and Emailsettings!

Hi Newsgroupers!

Could you please help me. I'm trying to connect to internet (and downloading
mails) with my
psion series 5 (classic, not mx!) with Message Suite 1.52 over the IrDA!
However, I have tried lots of different Settings, but it just can't get
connect.

When I try to download my emails (on swissonline.ch - server), then it
connects, but then it stops
the connection with following errormessage:
SLData-Server

What can I do?

Hi

I know this may sound obvious but have you contacted your telephone service
provider to ask them to enable data transmission?

Some service providers do not have data transmission enabled as default.
Thus the phone appears to start to work but as soon as it recognises it's a
data call it hangs.

I use a Siemens S25 with a HP 545 Pocket PC and it works fine (although a
bit slow!)
