CISCO 3620 + HSSI und Kentrox Line Protokol went up and down

mir geht immer das Line Protokoll up and down auf dem HSSI Interface.
Es ist so ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten up und geht dann down.
Der Router und die Kentrox sind gewechselt.
Kann es mit der verschiedenen Version des Interfaces und des Routers
liegen.
Ich habe folgende Hardware:
