The Cool Site of the Year Awards Party will be held at Webster Hall in New
York City on April 27, 2000 from 7pm to 11pm. It will be THE Internet event
of the year! Last year we had a trapeeze artist and a transvestite blue
bunny and, yes, we SHALL outdo ourselves this year. "How??" you ask? You'll
