In a surprise move, WTC Leaseholder, Larry Silverstein hired the
Architect of WTC's main Competitor in Office space at NY, to prepare
how to exploit Ground Zero, made available after 9/11 strange, Deadly
Implosions.
WTC 30 years-old Twin Towers were just starting to enter economic
competition with modern, new Skyscrapers at NY, and mainly with the
Mega-project of Colombo's new "Twin Towers" (2000-2003), when they
disappeared entirely on September 2001 after a mysteriously total
collapse, that many found similar to controlled demolitions.
Silverstein had hastily taken a lease on WTC at the end of July 2001,
a Month before 9/11. Immediately afterwards, he asked from Insurance
Companies to pay him the Double of the Money he had given to insure
WTC, by argying that 9/11 was a "double occurence". And he scandalized
Victims' Families by rushing at rebuilding projects on Ground Zero
shortly after the Tragic events (November 2001), when most bodies of
killed people had not even been recovered : Even new NYC Mayor, Mike
Bloomberg, had to intervene on 2002 to "calm" down Silverstein, who
was running faster than the music...

The New fact added now, is that, according to an article published
yesterday at Newsday (NY) by Alan Wax, Mr. Silverstein has just made
a partnership with the Architectural Studio of WTC's main Competitor :
Columbus Twin Towers project, on how to profit from Ground Zero's
Empty space : A Rarity at Lower Manhattan.
"The architect hired by World Trade Center leaseholder Larry
Silverstein", is, indeed the leading "partner at architectural Firm
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM)", who is also in charge of WTC's old
Twin Towers' Competitor : Colombus new Twin Towers. David Childs, of
SOM, "created plans for an office building on the site that would rise
as high as the 110-story WTC that once stood there, about 1,300 feet
tall". But, initially, it "would contain only 70 floors of offices and
another 40 floors of Empty space enclosed in a skeletal extension" :
An "Extendable" skyscraper, according to a new trend. "Childs' plans
.. apparently have been approved by Silverstein", Chicago Tribune and
Newsday reported.
Childs was reportedly inspired by another, French architectural idea
concerning Paris, where his Firm, SOM, had won these years a contract
for a radical Mega-project, to Demolish huge Factories of car-maker
Renault at Billancourt, and replace them with Residential and modern
Office space, including Green gardens at a Riverside.
SOM catched vertain Media's attention a few years ago, for including
in its team for WTC's Competitor, Columbo's Twin Towers' project at
NY, an Architect from Turkey : - The country who is just in the
process of taking over the command of the transnational Military
Force at War-striken Afghanistan (ISAF), from where it reportedly
wants to build an expensive Gas Pipeline to the Mediterranean.
Lawsuit
Meanwhile, "a federal Judge in Manhattan set a Nov. 4 Trial date for
a Lawsuit between Silverstein and the companies that insured WTC over
how much the developer should be paid".

How did these buildings compete? Did the world trade people in NY feel
competetive pressure to move to Columbus? Really?

There are only a handful of firms which can do work of this scale.
When the options are few, you pick who you can.

WTC's "Twin Towers", and Columbo's "Twin Towers" were the biggest
areas for Office-space at New York/Manhattan => Competition was
inevitable.
"Competitive pressure" obviously would grow as we approached the
period 2002-2003-2004, when competitor projects (Columbo, Times'
Square, etc.) were due to be completed and ready to use. Naturally,
space and prices have to be negociated and fixed at least 1 year
before : 2001-2002. And projects as Columbo or Times Square Skyscraper
are brand NEW, while WTC was 30 years old ...
Moreover, there is also a larger area Competition, between various
Quarters inside NY, with its own logic, added to the previous : Both
Columbo and Times Square, as well as a mixed, Residential/Office huge
complex at Queens, etc., are ALL located very close, one to another,
near Central Park and the Middle of Manhattan, far away from the
old-fashioned WTC area, at the edge of Manhattan, close to transport
hubs, lower standing offices/residences, etc.

=> Competition is a clear fact. But the most important point is not
there : The very probable, and easy to exploit, existence of a few
local complicities is not enough to explain all the truth on 9/11.
But it can usefully point out towards links to other, larger

efficient and honest investigators may find the real, core-criminals
standing behind the 9/11 Barbarities.

There is not only one (1) big Architectural Firm active at NY !!!,
Andy : America is much bigger than that ...
Just see the starting competition for rebuilding WTC, the Times'
Square project, and many others.
=> The above mentioned "Coincidence" is an extraordinary fact (fitting
well in a pattern composed of a series of many other converging facts)
that "AllTheTruth" had the duty to make largelly known to Victims'
Families, concerned Citizens, and the People.
Why hide that too ?
