Current accumulation of attempts to Hide the Truth and grave
Responsibilities about 9/11 Deadly Barbarities, by imposing an
aggravated Secrecy under hollow pretexts, obstructing and delaying
efficient, independent investigations on points of crucial importance
according to recent revelations, is Scandalous, Suspect, Immoral,
Illegal, CounterProductive, Dangerous and Unacceptable :
"Confidentiality" and other obstacles, seem to extend from the
destruction of WTC Steel, to Architectural Plans of WTC Towers, to
various crucial Tapes on Radio recordings from "hijacked" Airplanes,
Rescue operations, etc., threatening to cover under Dark Secrecy, many
grave wrong-doings, depriving Victims and the People from most useful
informations on 9/11, developments show.
- "Outraged", Families and Friends of Victims "who trusted the
system", "protest" and vainly ask "Who is Responsible ? A civilized
society must hold someone responsible !", they say.
- "After 10 months we still have no information", denounced at NY
Times Sally Regenhard, whose son, Christian, is Missing since 9/11,
among FireFighters and other people lost inside WTC. F.ex. "No one has
told me where my son was, what floor he was on, why he was sent, where
he was sent" according to orders. Delay is evidence that official
inquiries into the events of Sept. 11 lacked depth", she concludes.
- But it's from the outset, that NY Fire department "was dying for
information and was actually interviewing firefighters for anything
they knew", because "Information was Vital to the Recovery Early on",
including identification of remains for hundreds of people still
"Missing", added Capt. Peter Gorman, president of the Uniformed Fire
Officers Association (UFOA).
What triggered the most recent outburst of anger (July 2002) are
FrontPage NYT revelations confirming many "Deadly Flaws in Rescue"
operations on 9/11.
Before that, AllTheTruth denounced the fact that nearly all Victims
killed at WTC were "Trapped", "ordered", or "hijacked" inside 9/11
inferno: Almost nobody died among people free to move and well
informed ! NYT confirmed that some 2000 victims had been trapped at or
above Airplanes'impact (by "closed doors", exclusion of any Helicopter
rescue, etc), added to some 400 FireFighters ordered to enter and stay
in doomed WTC buildings, together with about 300 Planes' passengers,
crew and alleged "hijackers", closely totaling around the estimated
2.800 lives lost.
Nevertheless, a Tape recording of more than an Hour of Radio-Messages
between Rescuers on 9/11, had been held Secret until now ! This, and
other facts, reveal, according to Victims Families, that "Chaos,
confusion and noncommunication, may have contributed to the deaths" of
many people : "Gross incompetence of leadership, lack of
communication, rivalry, lack of technology and absence of command and
control are Criminal !"
"Police helicopter pilots" apparently "observed" a "danger of collapse
but were unable to communicate that", while NYFD "was aware of
nonfunctioning radios" which hindered many victims from hearing an
alleged "Evacuation" message and/or that the first of the 2 Towers
had collapsed !
Despite that and other stunning facts, a District Judge ruled recently
(13 of July 2002) that it's up to "the Government" to "decide what
Informations should be kept Secret" on anything about 9/11 !
District Judge Mr. Hellenstein reportedly tried to justify his ruling
by claiming that "important Government interests" would be at stake on
9/11 info, in general...
After that (17 July), an Attorney said that the Tape could only be
"listened" at by Victims' Families, on strict conditions of
"Confidentiality" !
What this means in practice, has been already shown in the case of the
Tape from the Plane which crashed at Pennsylvania :
Families of people killed inside, after being denied any concrete info
on what really happened for many months, were, later-on, allowed just
to hear a single-time version of a tape inside a Government building
closed to the Public and the Press, Lawyers or Experts, without even
being able to record or take notes, and only after signing a document
obliging them to say nothing about what they heard !
How could, simple, inexperienced people, be able to seriously judge on
what really happened to their loved ones, without any legal or
technical advise, deprived even from a simple piece of paper to give
them Time to think and check the facts ?
How could victims' families verify whether a version they "heard"
once, would indeed be a Full and Accurate account of what was really
inside the Original of a Controversial Tape, without anything being
Erased, Hidden or Falsified ?
WTC owner, Port Authority of N.Y.-N.Jersey, claims now, 11 months
after the events, that an "Evacuation order" would have been given
"BEFORE either of the towers had collapsed".
But this is a crucial and controversial issue : Absence, or gross
delay, of an Evacuation order, particularly for many hundreds of
people ordered and obliged to enter and stay inside a doomed WTC on
9/11, had been denounced from the outset as astonishing and
scandalously responsible for many deaths which could have been
avoided, (including by a University expert : See f.ex. BBC of 14 Sept.
2001).
Given the grave Responsibilities at stake, how could Victims' Families
VERIFY, in such conditions, the effective existence of an Accurate,
Full and Non-Falsified Version of the Tape suddenly presented so late
by WTC Owner (NY-NJ Port Authority), shortly before July 10, 2002 : By
a "coincidence", when a Deadline for tabling claims in order to
eventually Sue for wrongful death a.o., was going to expire ...
NY Fire Department sources revealed that WTC Owner (NY-NJ PA), after a
clumsy attempt to justify its delay by claiming that 9/11 Tape was
found only on January 2002), Refused access to its content unless they
accept signing a document imposing strict obligations of
"Confidentiality" !
WTC Rescue and Pennsylvania Airplane recordings are not the only
interesting Tapes, which have been kept Secret :
- Another Important source of information kept out of the Public's eye
is a long Recording of Radio transmissions from Flight 11, registered
by Air Traffic Controllers, all through the long, fatal trip from
Boston to New York, long before it hit WTC South Tower :
Even if transponders were cut off, it seems that one of the Pilots
kept his seat, and (by pressing a button at regular intervals) sent to
ATC Radio transmissions allowing them to hear what was said in the
Cockpit : Thus, Controllers on the ground were warned from the start
that a Hijacking had started, and were able to follow most
conversations heard at pilot's cabin !
According to this unique, valuable piece of evidence on what really
happened on 9/11, as reported by "Christian Science Monitor", it was
even heard that Hijackers spoke about Landing at JFK or LaGardia
Airport at NY ! Something which might be "a ruse", but "fits" with
other similar, strange Facts, which curiously point towards the
direction of possible attempts to make only "Traditional" (and not
"suicide") Hijackings : +Pentagon Plane's turn around the building,
before landing at the lawn in front of an heliPort, at the only one
among the 5 wings which had enough space for landing. +FBI's findings
(corroborated by a Pentagon' released Video on BOL) that most
hijackers behaved as if they believed that they were going to attempt
just a "Classic" hijacking. +US White House strong claims, that all
"Previous Warnings" pointed only at a traditional hijacking, and "NOT
at transforming Airplanes to Missiles" (etc).
But the full Transcript of Flight 11's Tape has never been made
Public, until now, hindering Victims' Families, Politicians,
independent Experts, the Press, and the Citizens from checking out
this and many other interesting points.
It seems that Radio-transmissions became rare and were suddenly "lost"
from Air Controllers of Flight 11, some minutes after the Plane
"turned" to follow Hudson River, shortly before approaching WTC, in
the direction of the Airport.
Strange Perturbancies on Radio-Receivers were, precisely, denounced
(for the same day and location) by "many" NY FireFighters who were
reportedly hindered to hear crucial Radio-messages on WTC Rescue,
collapse and evacuation.
Causes are still Unclear : NYFD accuses a Transmitter, located at a
nearby building, to have failed. But WTC Owner (NY-NJ Port Authority)
claims, on the contrary, that the Tape found after many months, would
prove that the transmitter was functioning.
However the fact seems to be that a Police Helicopter could not
communicate by Radio with Rescuers inside WTC, and that many
FireFighters' Radios were "not functioning"...
All these strange problems about Radio-communications around WTC on
9/11, coincide also with the fact that a suspect had been reportedly
found in possession of an AirControllers' Radio equipment (using
special Frequencies) at a nearby Hotel : Nothing was announced later
on this Enquiry's outcome.
In addition, many people were surprised to find out that Cell phones
didn't work for some long moments during 9/11 events around WTC.
One of the reasons for which it could be very Important to thoroughly
examine all Factual indications converging towards probable Radio
Perturbations at WTC area on September 11, is that ...Radio
frequencies can be abused even in order to manipulate Airplanes from
the outside, and guide them "as Missiles" !
"Radio-controlled Flying" is well known, for a long time, to users of
"Drones" : Those small or larger Aircrafts which can be used simply as
.. Toys, for Training Pilots, for Search and Rescue or
"Reconnaissance" Flights, but also as Weapons to Attack certain
"Targets" ...
In Classic Radio-controlled Flights, by using two Special radio
Frequencies, an Aircraft can even be "HOOKED" at the Radio of another
"Instructor" on the ground, who "takes over the control" as easily as
"by pressing a button" !
And various experts agree that, after even complex Spacecraft missions
in far-away Planets have been launched and monitored from Earth with
success, it has certainly become technically possible to guide a
simple Airplane by Remote Control.
"Unmanned Airspace Vehicles" (UAV) have, meanwhile, been studied and
developed by Military, University Experts and Industry, during the
recent years, culminating with an US funding program at 2001, and
largely "Tested" since 9/11 at Afghanistan, etc.
Except from Spying (or "data-gathering") overflights, UAVs are mainly
used, (by remote control and as quasi "Autonomous" machines, able to
search and "find their way"), in order to serve as flying "Missiles" :
-Possibly of that kind of thing with which(according to US White
House's wording)someone "changed the Hijacked Airplanes into
Missiles", unexpectedly crashing at WTC and Pentagon, after flying at
highly "Unusual Speeds" up to 400-500 miles per hour !
=> Who can exclude (without any Enquiry) that strange "Radio"
incidents around WTC on 9/11 may reveal a Real "Hijacker", remotely
"taking control" of the 4 Planes (at the surprise of most physical
"hijackers" themselves, who behaved as if going for a "traditional"
hijacking" according to FBI+), and, instead of simply "landing at
JFK/Laggard Airport" or Pentagon's heliPort lawn, suddenly pushed them
towards the deadly crashes ?
This unavoidable, grave Question, which remains without any convincing
answer until now, is ONLY ONE OF THE REASONS for which IT IS Important
that ALL interesting facts about "Radio" Tapes and Transmissions at
the core of 9/11 events, should have been fully found and thoroughly
explored, in a coordinated manner, from the outset, instead of being
scandalously left Unexplored, and "Secret".
But Transcripts of Radio-Communications and other Tapes are certainly
useful as indispensable sources of information for many Other aspects
of 9/11, which might prove to be of crucial importance.
F.ex., thanks to Emergency Center Transcripts from NYFD (at Brooklyn)
it becomes obvious, among various other things, that, after a neighbor
warned that small "white Particles" started falling from WTC, the
entire, 110-floors high Giant of Northern Tower suddenly imploded,
disintegrated and disappeared in ... less than a Minute !
This fact augments contrast to "Meridian Plaza at Philadelphia, which
stayed Standing, despite being engulfed in Flames for 16 Hours, while
WTC collapsed in less than 1 hour !", as pointed out Beverly Eckert,
whose husband, Sean Rooney, was killed at WTC, after giving an
impressive testimony by phone on how many people had been scandalously
"trapped" by "closed doors", without being warned that Roof access was
blocked by "Security" service, and WTC's flat top "Cluttered with
Barriers" hindering "Helicos to land".
Beverly Eckert rightly denounced, during the 1st NITS Public Hearing
on WTC at NY (Comp. the Paper presented to NITS by "AllTheTruth"
before that), the grave fact that more than "200 People" lost their
lives because "they didn't know that WTC Roofs had been Altered, after
the 1993 bombing, so that Helices could no longer land : A critical
Escape option for those working in skyscrapers : A Roof Top Rescue
Squad, did Not exist at New York. Los Angeles HAS one, but New York
-the City of Skyscrapers- does Not !".
"Trapped" Victims ("alive even at bull's-eye of Airplanes' impact",
according to NYTimes) had to "cut their way through cardboard and tape
that covered Emergency Exit doors", and other "locked stairs" for
so-called pseudo-"Security" pretexts.
The most Natural Rescue route for flat-roof High-Rise buildings, via
Access to the Top, had been also "Blocked" in the recent years, again
for so-called pseudo-"Security" pretexts, which killed atrociously
hundreds of "trapped" people.
And now, the same category of so-called "Security" pretexts is claimed
as an excuse for scandalous Delays and for Hiding crucial
Informations...
Recently a NYFD Official contested "AllTheTruth"'s Criticism that
Helicos were NOT used for ANY kind of Rescue, abandoning Thousands of
Victims for 1.30 and 2 Hours to atrocious death : Neither over the Top
(by throwing Ropes, if needed : "20 people were waving asking for
help" that never came, said witnesses), flying close to Windows, or by
throwing Water and/or Foam against Fires, or, at least, by bringing
Water and/or Foam to FireFighters and other people at Lower roofs
Below impacts, to help struggle against Heat which allegedly weakened
Steel structures, contributing to WTC's implosions, while all
Sprinklers and other Fire-Suppression systems had been "disabled",
without even a drop of Water available inside, (ETC).
His only claim was that "NYC Police Helicopter Pilots" would have
attested that any rescue was impossible, and that Helicos could not be
used in order to help Fire-Fighting, in whatever way...
But when "AllTheTruth" asked him to present any Facts supporting his
claims, and in particular the "Transcripts" of above mentioned
Radio-communications between NY Police Helicopter and NYC Fire
Department, he was NOT able to reply at all ...
Apparently, beyond the force of arguments, it seems that it's similar
claims of so-called pseudo-"Security" Hiding crucial Informations,
that might explain the surprising Incapacity to present any proof by
that NYFD official, Mr. Visconti, particularly after ex NY Mayor, Mr.
Giuliani's notorious restrictive policy against Helicopters since
1999,(again for so-called "Security" pretexts)...
Sally Regenhard & Monica Gabrielle of Skyscraper Safety Campaign NGO,
joined by Civil Rights Attorney Norman Siegel, Prof. Charles Jennings
of John Jay College, Fire Science Dept., and Families & Friends of
Firefighters lost at WTC, stressed in a Press Conference held at City
Hall' steps, "to express outrage and grief of families of 343
Firefighters and other WTC victims, and call for immediate inquiry
into facts of NY Times story" on "Deadly Flaws in Rescue" : "As parent
of a lost probationary firefighter who trusted the system and the
competence of the City of New York, I say the gross incompetence of
leadership, lack of communication, rivalry, lack of technology and
absence of command and control are criminal. ...To know that Fire
Department was aware of nonfunctioning radios is an unbearable reality
for relatives of victims".
Most Claims by certain Authorities against disclosure of 9/11
informations on pretext of vague "Government Interests" (as District
Judge Mr. Hellerstein claimed on July 13), and/or for so-called
"Security", or even because of ... Moussaoui's Trial, (the only person
charged for attempts to participate in 9/11 attentats, even if he was
arrested previously for other reasons, on August 2001), are NOT
Credible :
- Obviously, it is NOT "Government Interests", nor "Security"
pretexts, and even less ... Mr Moussaoui, which might justify the
Scandalous, hasty Destruction of WTC Steel, which made disappear most
of the material Evidence on Deadly Crimes.
- Nor could such fallacious claims ever justify the equally scandalous
Refusal, by NY-NJersey Port Authority, to give access for WTC
Architectural Plans to Federal FEMA/ASCE's Investigating team, delayed
for 5 Months, unless it undertook heavy obligations such as Not to
provide testimony before Courts ... This was denounced even by US
Congress'Science Committee President, Rep. Boehlert, a.o.
- What "Government Interests", or so-called "Security" pretexts, might
also justify the long Delay to start an Independent, Efficient and
Transparent Enquiry on the Real Reasons for WTC's strange, deadly
Implosions ? Shall we have, now, after mid-2002, to wait for another
... 2 Years of NIST "investigations", until the next Presidential
Elections of 2004, before hoping to eventually learn any Outcome of
any Enquiry on the real reasons for which 2.800 people were killed at
the Heart of USA ?
- And ... Mr. Moussaoui does not seem to be so important as to justify
Blocking Access of Victims' Families and Friends, as well as of the
Press and of the People, to almost any interesting document (Tapes,
Transcripts, etc) on Airplanes (i.e. Pennsylvania crash's BlackBox,
Pentagone's Videos, Flight 11 Radio transmissions, etc), and even on
WTC Rescue "Deadly Flaws",(Port Authority's Transcript on
FireFighters' Radio messages, NYC Police Helicopter's Radio
Transcripts on rescue possibilities, imminent collapse, etc).
WTC Dramatic Experience proved that those who "asked Officials" and
were told and convinced by them to "do nothing", and "stay" still,
passively "waiting for help" (which never came), to the point even to
..ask permission on whether they should break open windows "to Breath"
fresh air when Smoke became unbearable, were all killed.
On the contrary, some of those who took the Initiative to cut their
way through "closed doors", threw PCs to break windows in order to
breath, dared pass through smoke, fire and demolished stairwells which
frightened others, and struggled against provoked exhaustion by
reacting with a strong will, managed to survive, and sometimes help
also other people.
But at any case, it appears, more and more clearly, that it is a
scandalous Fact, that most of the Victims could have been saved,
instead of being "trapped" and abandoned to atrocious deaths, despite
the active Heroism manifested by many of them.
And, what is more important, much of the Informations still
"Confidential", touch upon Core-events of 9/11 Barbarities
(Airplanes'"hijacking", the unexpected way they were "turned into
Missiles", WTC strange, deadly Implosions and Pentagon's extended
Fires, etc), which must NOT be kept out of Public Scrutiny.
Abuse of Secrecy can be judged as Obstruction of justice and contrary
to US Constitution, while it also violates the Human Right of Victims'
Families (for most of whom, their loved-ones are still "Missing"), to
learn what really happened and what was the Fate of their tragically
lost parents, (both inside Airplanes, at Pentagon and WTC), as well as
to find out and punish anyone Responsible for Deadly Crimes.
This is a right enshrined also in Humanitarian, and now even Penal Law
at the International level.
Even a Peasant in Colombia, or Central Africa, has, at least in
Theory, a Moral and Legal Right, recognized by the International
Community, to be informed on the fate of his Family, and to render
Justice : Why not NY (and Wash.) citizens, at the Heart of USA ?
And politically, in a Democratic Society, the People have a right to
know, and check Local and/or Federal Authorities' behavior.
