As things stand 10 months after the tragic events, but before the 1st
ever "Hearing" for the Public on 24 June, 2002 about WTC's strange,
deadly implosions of 11 September 2001, it seems that the greatest
risk for NIST's enquiry is to leave 9/11's main thrust "out of scope",
and drown the rest in delayed Technicalities !
Promises for a "thorough", active and "independent" investigation
process focusing on "facts", "open" to "information" from victims'
families and friends, experts, NGOs, concerned citizens, and
transparency towards the Public at large, are naturally welcome. But
after a negative experience of the contrary for 10 months, they should
be realized in practice and developed (including active initiatives,
dialogue and frequent public debates) to become credible.
On the substance, however, the draft "Plan" published by NIST, clearly
appears needing serious changes, because, as such, it doesn't leave
much hopes to find the truth on 9/11 :
- "Non-technical issues are outside scope of investigation: No
findings of fault or negligence of any individual or organization" !,
declares NIST's draft. And it goes on to analyze a confusing plan of 8
"technical" chapters, narrowly restricted to certain aspects of WTC,
without obvious coherence, nor global visibility. Only one third (1/3)
of NIST's draft plan concerns an Enquiry on WTC implosions, with more
than 2/3 taken by Specifications and Training for Other buildings in
the Future ...
- How could it investigate a probable Sabotage of WTC, which might
explain the strange Implosions (after it withstood Planes' impact and
fires) ? How could it check growing questions on possible
"manipulation" of the "hijacked" Airplanes by remote control a.o.,
making them crash ? How could it find the real reasons for a
scandalous failure of Emergency evacuation of "trapped" people (with
"closed doors", total refusal to use Helicopters for rescue and/or to
help fire-fighting, etc) ? How could it examine the Social Profile of
Victims (apparently "Unusual") and any Economic, Political, or
International Relations-linked Interests possibly behind 9/11 ? (etc).
=> NIST's draft seems to leave "out of scope" the most important
questions on 9/11 !
- Moreover, 9/11 canNOT be seriously divided and cut into 3 or 4
isolated parts, without any overall view : "Hijacking" airplanes must
be examined in all cases : WTC, Pentagon and Pennsylvania. Collapse of
Buildings after strange, secondary Fires extending far beyond initial
impact's fires, proved to be a common, strange fact at WTC (1, 2 and
7) as well as Pentagon. (etc).
Some 2.800 innocent Human Lives were brutally eliminated at WTC on
9/11. Huge International Relations' changes result, more than usually
thought, involving big Foreign Policy issues. And this Barbaric event
is abused as a pretext for a growing series of dangerous restrictions
against Citizens' Human Rights and Civic Liberties, without any
precedent, both inside USA and in Europe, Canada-Australia-New
Zealand, and the rest of the World.
At Local level, a WTC Leaseholder hastily appears only 1 Month before
9/11, immediately asks Double Insurance payments and rushes to exploit
rebuilding the evacuated Manhattan space while killed bodies are still
inside. Finally hiring the Architectural Firm of WTC's Competitor,
including someone from a Foreign State with exceptional political
interest for the very Date of 9/11, which takes over the Military
posted at Afghanistan (20 June 2002) and plans expensive Gas
Pipelines. By a strange coincidence, another national of that State, a
Thug wanted for a Corruption scandal, is arrested at Manhattan, but
claims links with Secret Services, Political backing, "contacts" at NY
and prospects to "serve the State" shortly before 9/11, after which he
disappears from news...
Beyond national and mainly Foreign Policy issues, Oil/Gas Pipelines,
"Insiders" abuse of "prior knowledge" at Stock Markets, etc., other,
much more important Interests seem to manipulate 9/11, and even
blackmail those who fell to the trap of a partial involvement.
However, No convincing Explanation was found for WTC's strange, deadly
Implosions, in Vertical total collapses, with all debris concentrated
at the base and nothing falling aside, nor a part remaining erect :
Similar to "controlled demolitions", but without any other precedent
in History !
- 10 Months after 9/11 nobody really knows what happened, and the only
Report ever published by US Officials (ASCE) as late as May 2002
admits that WTC buildings withstood Airplanes' Impact and initial
Fires, but remains unable to find a clearly established cause.
Opening, on the contrary, many Questions about a possible
complementary Sabotage (all Fire-Suppression systems totally disabled,
strange Heat extension, unexplained Steel "corrosions", including by
"Sulfur", etc).
It is important to stress that "Burden of the Proof" falls upon those
who insist in an over-simplified "Official Version", claiming that
everything could be explained only by a few alleged "suicide
hijackers" attacking America with ...nail-clippers !
Meanwhile, the absence of clear answers to growing questions provokes
grave Dangers for the Future : Real Criminals, hidden behind 9/11 risk
to become shameless and strike again, targeting more and more
innocent, simple people, to serve dark interests.
Nearly all WTC Victims seem to have been "Trapped" by "Closed Doors",
total refusal to use Helicopters for rescue and helping to fight the
fires, or to have been "Ordered" and abandoned inside, or "hijacked" :
It's difficult to find any "Free" people killed at 9/11 : They seem to
have either escaped, or be absent from WTC during the tragic events.
Victims apparently have an unusual, atypical Social profile :
Percentage of "Simple" People, at lower socio-professional status, is
predominant and much more than WTC's average. High-ranking staff is
almost absent amidst Victims of 9/11 Barbarities (which stroke at
Early Morning, the 1st Monday after Summer Holidays), with a few, rare
exceptions (as Aon Insurances, etc), for exceptional reasons which
might be interesting to find.
But, despite AllTheTruth and Maltes' Friends calls since end
October/early November 2001, joined by Victims Families, to "urgently
make an Enquiry on WTC's strange, deadly implosions, before Proof is
destroyed", on the contrary, WTC's Steel and Concrete is scandalously
taken away and destroyed before any serious Investigation, while Eye
Witnesses' precious Memory is abandoned unused, to wither away.
No real Enquiry is ever made to establish the facts, contrary to what
occurs on other cases (even of lesser importance). Promised official
conclusions are postponed, again and again :
- Today, we have only a promise for a strictly limited "Technical"
investigation on WTC almost 1 Year after the facts, which will extend
for too long, beyond 2 more Years later : 3 Years in all ! (2001 + 3 =
2004).
- ASCE's preliminary findings on the Pentagon, initially announced for
April, and afterwards May 2002, were again postponed for unknown
reasons, and for an unknown period of Time .. Beyond a controversy on
Pentagon's Plane, it is, however, interesting to find out why and how
an initially limited Planes' impact, finally led to a 5 times larger
"collapse" at the precise Wing where "a Renovation project" was taking
place : "One of the most Complex in recent History, equivalent of
Demolishing the interior of 3 times the size of Empire State
Building", (according to ASCE's magazine "Civil Engineering", June
2001).
On the contrary, the few available "official investigators" (ASCE)
denounce the fact that their work is hampered by obstructions (WTC
Plans, Steel, etc), while really critical and independent People,
actively and seriously searching to find out what really happened
(like Maltes' Friends and AllTheTruth, ao) fall Victims of strange
Aggressions, systematic Harassment, destructions, blockades,
slandering in State-controlled Media, Intimidations, grave Threats,
etc.
=> It is obviously Impossible and Unrealistic to claim to limit the
solution of the growing 9/11 Enigma into purely "Technical" issues...
AllTheTruth hindered to participate at NIST's 24 June 2002 "Public"
Hearing on WTC-9/11.
AllTheTruth has been practically hindered to take part with a complete
text, new findings and fresh questions, contrary to its declared wish,
because of a recent aggravation of aggressions, blockades and
destructions, manifold harassments, intimidations and threats,
together with various converging, subtle but sly maneuvers of
diversion destroying precious Time.
After 9 Months (since October 2001) at the forefront of a collective
struggle (requiring often hard sacrifices) to initiate Public Debates,
publish pertinent questions and findings, strong and fearless
criticism of any attempt to cover-up crucial aspects of WTC's strange,
deadly implosions, AllTheTruth and Maltes' Friends' opinion will,
therefore, NOT be known on time to participants at NIST's 24 June
"Public" hearing.
Some dark interests clearly appeared to fear AllTheTruth and Maltes'
Friend's active, serious and fearless stance, and attempted to exclude
its voice, not only in general and from the outset, but in particular
after the May 1, 2002 publication by ASCE of the 1st ever Report on
WTC-9/11, and since the mid- June 2002 critical appraisal of the
ambiguous "Prior Knowledge" row. Synchronous attempts to impose some
inexperienced, non-specialized "buffer" "plugs", in the form of paid
websites while aggressing, censoring and evicting real critics,
suddenly emerged at the same time, after many months of quasi-Silence
: A Scenery to manipulate growing criticism in public opinion, seems
to have been recently set out.
- In consequence, AllTheTruth is obliged to reserve for later its
complete, final and detailed opinion on NIST's plan for WTC.
+ We also invite readers and friends to carefully review all the
comprehensive Publications already made by AllTheTruth on WTC (and
immediately sent to NIST since the beginning of 2002).
- At any case, because of a growing and long series of Aggressions
against AllTheTruth and Maltes' Friends (who have suffered a lot of
damages between end October 2001 and June 2002), and given the
Importance of Interests at Stake in 9/11 and related issues (Economy,
International Politics, etc), we are still obliged to try to protect
the safety of all persons actively involved in serious and real
criticism, at least by not exposing them to the Public as such. But
some AllTheTruth's Friends are due, as always, to be among the People,
while AllTheTruth shall (as always) strive to critically follow-up all
main developments.
=> This is only a Draft, Initial and incomplete set of Notes hastily
presented by AllTheTruth, merely because of the June 24 deadline.

A) AIRPLANES :
9/11 and WTC destruction canNOT be seriously investigated without
clearly finding out How Airplanes hit the buildings, at what Speed and
force, in which Direction, how they were guided, and how they were
"Hijacked" : Many "technical" questions remain without clear answer,
and Plane's Mystery grows :
- Strange facts and many people raised questions about an eventual
"Remote Monitoring", "kidnapping" "hijacked" Airplanes. Recent
revelations by US White House that "prior knowledge" about possible
9/11 attacks spoke only of "Traditional", and Not "Suicide" Hijacking,
coincide with FBI findings that most "hijackers" ignored that they
were going to die, while Pentagon's Plane seems to have landed on
ground, and at the Cockpit of one WTC Plane Controllers heard
dialogues about intentions to reach Kennedy Airport. Therefore,
speculations grow about an eventual cynical exploitation of "prior
knowledge" in order to "trap" traditional hijackers and transform
their plane into a "missile", exploiting afterwards the outcome for
economico-political interests. Technically speaking, an "Electronic
Hijacking" seems possible. But is there any Technical way to find out
whether it occurred (or not), and how ?
- Is it technically plausible for inexperienced youngsters to fly an
airplane at a Speed as High as that which was found in the case of
WTC, and, at the same time, manage to hit the "target" at the precise
place, considered to have a strategic importance in attempts to
demolish the Towers ?
- Was it technically possible to Intercept and/or "follow" and monitor
the "hijacked" Airplanes BEFORE they hit WTC, while they were
travelling for hundreds of Kms throughout the Heart of USA ? What
"technical" and/or organizational setbacks could explain the fact
that, apparently, nobody reacted on time to revelations made by a
constant Radio link with an air-Controller who followed from the start
what was heard inside a Cockpit until a Plane reached WTC (where,
strange "radio" perturbations cut the link shortly before the crash) ?
- Even alleged "Hijackers" Identity has been contested : Was it
technically possible to fraud at Airport check controls with false ID
documents and/or other methods ? What "technical" proof exists on the
role really played by each person during "hijackings" ?
- How could be technically explained the strange Fact that all 4
fire-Resistant Metal "Black-boxes" from 2 Airplanes which hit WTC were
never found, exceptionally, with few remains form Planes themselves,
while, at the same time, a ... Paper Passport allegedly belonging to a
"hijacker" was found intact, magically "surviving" Fires, etc. ?

B) "EXPLOSIONS" ?
- Many Eyewitnesses described various "Explosions"-like phenomena
shortly before WTC strange collapses. Some Photos and/or Video appear
to corroborate such observations, showing images strangely looking as
big (at the top) or small (at the sides of the buildings, even below
hits) explosions. Alleged "gravity" obviously canNOT explain the
"Explosions" at the Top (which are the most Spectacular). Technically
speaking, how could such allegations be excluded ? How could these
striking Images be explained otherwise ? Were they seriously checked,
or not ? And how can this be done ?
- Some Companies claim that a method exists to "Break CONCRETE (even)
without Explosions". They describe a technique allegedly used at Mines
and for demolishing Buildings, where "Capsules" full of a particular
Gas are inserted at chosen points and "ignited" : Heat multiplies the
Volume of the Gas inside, leading into breaking-up concrete, they say.
Such material could be "silently" purchased, bypassing legislation and
controls on explosives. Is it really technically possible ? Was it
checked on WTC whether someone abused of such methods, or if, on the
contrary, they can be excluded ?
- In General : What "Technical" interventions took place inside both
WTC Towers shortly before 9/11 (during Summer 2001) ? How can it be
technically excluded that some might have played a role in relation
with the subsequent Implosions ? (NB : Concerns all aspects, not only
steel, but also concrete, "explosions", etc).

C) STEEL (+ Fire/Heat) :
Main material of WTC's structure, more than 95% scandalously taken
away and destroyed before any serious investigation. It was reportedly
"Weakened" by a non-established cause, throughout WTC 110-high Towers,
leading to collapse. Heat from uncontrolled, secondary Fires, and/or
various "corrosions", etc., are the main alleged "suspects".
- How could anyone seriously examine WTC Steel problems when more than
95% has been previously taken away and scandalously destroyed ?
- What caused the various "Corrosions" which were "found in some parts
of Steel Columns" (according to NIST itself) ? What explains the
strange presence of corrosive "Sulfur", found by ASCE ?
- In which Parts of the buildings such "corrosions" occurred ? Does a
full and complete Map presenting where "corrosions" hit WTC reveal any
overall "pattern" ?
- No "Cuts" or different Mechanical, Chemical, and other ways to
"weaken" Steel can be found at WTC ?
- Joints between Steel Columns, and joists made of thin rods in steel
trusses supporting WTC Floors have been often described by Experts as
"the weak point" : But other scientists describe certain "Smart" metal
alloys, which can "Bend" and change "Shape" when they are heated : Did
anybody check whether at some strategic junctures inside WTC, the
usual metal had (or not) been replaced by "Smart" alloys bending and
changing shape when exposed to Heat ?
- How could "Heat" have extended allover WTC's 110-High Towers, to the
point to weaken all its Steel structure, throughout the entire
building ? What happened to the "Coolers" functioning at the
Foundations ?
- How it became possible to allegedly "disable all Fire- Suppression
systems" (according to ASCE) ?
- What explains the strange "Secondary Fires" which appeared
"simultaneously" across "several floors", even beneath the Planes'
hits (according to ASCE) ?
- Strange "Plumbers", involved in a case of Fake IDs where the main
witness was killed at Memphis on February 2002, reportedly intervened
inside WTC shortly before 9/11, focusing on "Sprinklers" and
underground areas with Cooling machines, etc., controlling Heat,
Ventilation and Fire-suppression. Curiously, only the individual who
appeared to be a plausible suspect in relation to WTC collapse, was
set free, after paying a huge amount of money as bail, while all other
people involved in the fake ID case were kept on custody. What works
were they sent to do ? Which areas and/or machines did they actually
touch ? Is it certain that their activities inside WTC had nothing to
do with the implosions ?
- In General : What "Technical" interventions took place inside both
WTC Towers shortly before 9/11 (during Summer 2001) ? How can it be
technically excluded that some might have played a role in relation
with the subsequent Implosions ?
(NB : Concerns all aspects, not only steel, but also concrete,
"explosions", etc).

D) "PULVERIZED ?!" :
- WTC' strange, deadly implosions were often described as
"Pulverizing" the whole Buildings, suddenly transformed into a kind of
"Flow of particles" similar to Lava (Columbia University), which fell
"as fast as a stone", with a noise "like a Hose" (Witnesses), covering
everything around with a curious "White Dust" like "Snow". It canNOT
be explained by Gravity alone, inter alia because it happened also at
the Top. An eventually related fact is that WTC North Tower's huge
Antenna suddenly started to fall downwards, shortly Before WTC's
implosions. => What might explain such facts ?
- Scientists have been studying methods for "Particles" provoking
"Erosions" of materials (as Steel, a.o.). Many People have been
speaking about a possible "Particle Beam", as a high-tech. Weapon.
(While a Fiction Film had already shown in the past WTC being
destroyed by a Laser beam from a Satellite). Even NIST itself has
recently (2001) published Nobel- prize related findings about a
"Laser" beam made, not of Light, but with a "flow of Particles",
releasing energy.
=> From a strictly Technical point of view : Could methods similar to
the above, be abused in order to demolish a building like WTC ? On the
contrary : What Proves that they have Not been used (at least to
contribute to that effect) ?

E) EMERGENCY Evacuation/Rescue :
- Deadly Orders : Many Hundreds of NY Fire-Fighters were killed after
they were Ordered to enter and Stay inside WTC buildings, without
warning nor call to withdraw, as long as 1 or 2 Hours after Planes'
hits, when total or partial collapse of buildings was imminent.From
the outset, such Orders were found scandalously wrong, and strongly
denounced by Experts (E. g. a University Professor from the UK, whose
critical comments were published by BBC on Sept. 14). Recently, this
scandal grew, after ASCE even found, on May 2002, that all Fire-
Suppression Systems had been "Disabled" inside WTC, so that NY
FireFighters were hindered even to use Water against Fires (but
continued to carry heavy hoses while running to upper floors). - Did
such Orders (and silences) indeed endanger NY FireFighters' Life ?
What technique should have been used instead ?
- Over "Security" kills : "Trapped" by "Closed Doors". AllTheTruth and
others (f.ex. M. Barkley) denunciations against the scandal of people
trapped and condemned to atrocious death by "Closed Doors" and
stairways, mainly towards a roof rescue, above Planes' hits, were
recently confirmed by mainstream Media, who found that more than 2.000
Victims were killed only after being caught in such sly, deadly traps,
hindering any move. Some people were reportedly saved only after ..
breaking through a wall ! - How many, and which doors had been really
"closed", under what pretexts, by whom, and when ?
- Many people were surprised by the fact (denounced by AllTheTruth)
that, despite the ideally Flat Roof of WTC Towers and abundant nearby
Heliports, not even 1 Helicopter wasn't ever used, during a 56 and 104
minutes long period of Time (at the South and North Tower), neither
for Rescue, nor for helping to combat the Fires. So that more than
2.000 people "trapped" over Airplanes' hits, were abandoned to
atrocious death, while total implosions killing those Underneath were
facilitated by the Heat of Fires remaining without any outside help to
throw and/or bring Water in WTC to limit and/or slow the damage. Some
claimed that any Helicopter use (over and/or at the Roof, through
Windows around the building, or even Lower than impacts' level, for
Rescue and/or Water) would simply be entirely "Impossible" (according
to some, unverified, "Police" records). But when they were asked by
AllTheTruth to prove their claims with any Facts, they proved unable
to do so. => Therefore, the question is inevitably raised : -
Technically, was it really so "impossible" to try, during all this
time, even the slightest Rescue to save "trapped" People, and/or Help
to Fire-Fighting ? Was it really "fatal" to abandon them during all
this time ? If so, Why ? And what should be done in order to be able
to use the Natural possibility of Helicopter Rescue at High-Rise
buildings with flat roof ?

The NIST response plan consists of three key program elements -
including an investigation - to be conducted in parallel. ... These
are:
First, a 24-month building and fire safety investigation into the
factors contributing to the probable cause of collapse of the Twin
Towers (WTC 1 and 2) and WTC 7. The goal of this program element is to
investigate the building construction, the materials used, and the
technical conditions that contributed to the outcome of these
disasters following the initial impact of the aircraft. What is
learned in examining WTC 1, 2 and 7 is expected to benefit buildings
of all designs.
Second, a multi-year research and development (R&D) program to provide
the technical basis for improved building and fire codes, standards,
and practices. This program element addresses work in critical areas
such as structural fire safety, prevention of progressive collapse,
and equipment standards for first responders. It includes BPAT
recommendations for WTC 3, 4, 5, and 6, Bankers Trust, and peripheral
buildings as well as recommendations for future studies to address
specific issues of broader scope not covered by the BPAT. Outputs and
recommendations will be introduced into the voluntary consensus
process that is used to develop building and fire codes and standards
in the U.S.
Third, an industry-led dissemination and technical assistance program
(DTAP) that will provide practical guidance and tools to better
prepare facility owners, contractors, designers, and emergency
personnel to respond to future disasters. The DTAP will also be an
important complement to the R&D effort in gaining acceptance of
proposed changes to practice, standards, and codes. In addition, it
will address BPAT recommendations training and education of
stakeholders.>>
