Ellen Lammers

 

I would like to nominate Ellen Lammers for DE Member of the Year.  Ellen stepped in to help coordinate and run the monthly meetings last year. She has done such a terrific job that I rarely have to get involved in helping out and I can devote my time to promoting and building the DE membership. She is always willing to help when asked. She attends every DE meeting. And she regularly promotes DE to other professional groups she belongs to. Because of her networking, we have many new members to DE. Thanks Ellen!

 

Kirsten Harris

 

I would like to nominate Kirsten Harris for DE Member of the Year. Kristen has been a regular speaker at many DE meetings. When I ask her if she would like to speak at a meeting, she always says yes. And she is a great speaker. She regularly promotes DE through her company and newsletter. Her meetings usually have the highest attendance of any of the DE meetings. She regularly posts jobs on the DE list. And when I refer members to her for help, she always helps them. Thanks Kristen!

I vote for Ellen.  Both members clearly have made great contributions, and they both deserve honoring.  When I weighed the contributions, although Kristen's contribution is great, I have to choose Ellen.
