I have made some minor modifications in the schedule as per the feedback obtained from some of you.
Kindly review the schedule and write back your comments and suggestions. Request the following to pass the message to the potential participants .
Fee = 25 dhs .
1. Persons (adults) regularly doing dramas. Request HG Sharad Prabhu also to pass the message to those who do dramas.
2. Dridha Bhakti children - Request HG Braj Prabhu to contact them
3. Balutsav children- Request HG Sita Charu Mataji and HG Champaklata Mataji to pass the message to all the Balutsav teachers to enrol the children interested in these subjects.
Bal Utsav children will attend only on the Friday (27th December). Due to limitation of space, Seats are limited to 4 students for a Bal Utsav class of 20 students and 6 students for a Bal Utsav class of 30 students)
4. Youth- Request HG Nanda Kumar Prabhu/ Vasudev Gopal Prabhu / Divya Prem Prabhu to pass the message to them to ensure good attendance from the youth.
5. Gaurangadesh participants- Request HG Ramananda Prabhu and HG Sachijanani Matji to pass the message.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I would like to update you on a special workshop which HG Sri Vallabha Prabhu is setting up and I am coordinating.
Parividha Prabhu is an expert in DRAMAS, PUBLIC SPEAKING and SINGING. This is an area where we all feel challenged when we are doing our major programs - during the Janmashtami, Natkhat mela , AICF and other events.
He is from Netherlands, is a Prabhupada disciple , age 64 and more important he is coming to Damodardesh on the 25th December evening and leave on the 31st December morning , so we will have him for 5 days from 26th December to 30th December.
During this period (26th December to 30th December) he will conduct workshops as per the attached schedule. You can visit the website www.parividha.com and get more details about him.
This needs to be broadcast to all the persons interested in improving their skills in these areas (Drama, Public speaking and Singing).
The target audience is
1. Persons (adults) regularly doing dramas - I will update them. Request HG Sharad Prabhu also to pass the message to those who do dramas.

We have tentatively booked the ground floor hall in Sindhi ceremonial Centre for 27th December for this purpose- Sevananda Prabhu has done this.

Request HG Sri Vallabha Prabhu to announce this in the Friday programme to ensure good attendance in the workshop.
I think a small fee of Dhs 25/ = will be good , this can be waived off if required. Everybody from the congregation is eligible to attend this workshop.

DRAMA In my drama workshop I teach about:
* How to use the voice: projection, articulation, volume.
* How to enter the stage, how to turn and exit.
* How to say something, but mean something else.
* The inner monologue (according to the method of Stanislavski).
* Timing (Which is very important in comedy.)
* Improvising. Let me know if you would like to take part in this part, then I will send you just a few lines to learn by heart, so that you can imrovise with it during the workshop. This part has always been very much fun.
You can also attend this worshop without partcipation, as it can be very entertaining to watch the improvisations.

HG PArividha Pr (ACBSP) is from Amsterdam and is an expert in Dramas. I have organise his visit to Dubai between the 23rd & 31st Dec 2013 so that we can work on some training on how we can improve our skills in dramas. Being home grown, we are quite effective and have good players who have been leading us like Bhima Madhava Pr, Indra Krishna pr etc., but I think there is room for improvement.
I would request you all to plan on what we want to do here and reach out to Parividha pr before he comes in to gain max of his visit.
What can we do?
a) Plan regular dramas/skits in multiple languages - not only for
festivals but atleast once a month at our Friday programs.
b) Training of devotees - children - dhridha bhakti & Bala Utsava,
youth
(FOLK), adults - including ashram devotees.
c) Well planned backdrops, equipment, attire etc.
d) Good quality recording and mike training
e) Good documentation/archive of dramas done so that repeats can be
considered at various venues in future - including videography.
Srila Prabhupada was always requesting us to work on these skills as these can be very appealing and attractive to the common populace and with this in mind, we need simple to highly philosophical topics covered.
Can I request HG Indra Krsna pr and HG Braj pr to coordinate and progress the dialogue with all other addressed in the loop for any group discussions as may be required.
