Vidvan Gauranga is in Town !

Dear Mentors,

PAMHO

HG Vidvan Gauranga Prabhu is in town for 1 month. Very well read person in sastras ! He is the same personality who has inspired our youth in sridham Mayapura a lot. Pundarik Prabhu suggested we should have some regular sessions with him for the youth.

what is the mentors feel on this? Pls come out with your suggestions, what topics to be taken up?

Just a suggestion: Rather than having extra classes for the youth, we could encourage everyone to attend the Unit 3 of Bhakti Sastri for which Prabhu is here. We could also maybe schedule him to take the youth class.

I was fortunate to hear Prabhu's lecture and personally meet him in Mayapur last year
Prabhuji is very scholarly and his presentations are with lots of shastric details

He is quite heavy and outspoken in his preaching hence
Selection of the topic should be well chosen, like inspirational stories from Bhagavatam etc for our youths
Also I suggest if we can have him one slot for mentors as well

Please accept my humble obeisances,

All glories to Srila Prabhupad,

             Next Friday afternoon we are planning to have a mentors meeting may be we could have the meeting for 45 mins and then plan to have a continued session with Vidvan Gauranga Prabhu. 

As for the youth Patita Pavan's idea seems to be good. Why not we request the youth to attend this session of BS and also give him the youth class timeing to deal with what we are dealing with right now.

The new DYS boys are fire brand. So we should give them a special session with Vidvan prabhu. Please please consider this very important and arrange.

We could arrange for a common class for boys and girls like the one we had long back with Jayadvaita MHJ as there are less youth attending the class because of exams. Not a must, just a suggestion.
