Suggestions to improve mentor-mentee interaction

Dear Mentors!

 

Please accpet my humble obeisances!

 

All glories to Srila Prabhupad!

 

In order to increase the interaction between the mentors and mentees and also to increase everyone's participation in the class, we have come up with the following ideas:

 

1. Organising festivals - a mentor-mentee can organize the upcoming fetsivals comprising of Vaishnava bhajans, drama/interactive session/videos etc, bhoga. they can select others also from the class for support. We have at least one big festival coming up each month like:

 

april: Rama Navmi (19th)

May: Nrsimha caturdasi (24th)

June: Panihati Cida dahi (21st)

July: Rath Yatra (10th)....

 

 

2. Bimonthly picnics: as HG Subhashini mataji had advised, one group can pick up the seva to organize an outing...we can also combine the festival and picnic for the month of april and june...

 

3. Weekly presentations on some small topic by a menter-mentee group...
