Drink 8 to10 glasses of water each day to flush toxins from your system, maintain good moisture and mucous production in your sinuses.
4. Improve Nutrition:
Keeping body well-nourished helps boost immunity to fight infections. So include in your diet whole grains, colorful vegetables, and vitamin-rich fruits.
5. Keep informed:
If you notice any symptoms of flu do not panic. Consult your
family Physician immediately. Avoid over the counter medication.
