Hey Jyothi,

You are right in saying no work is getting done. In sorry to say I don't have any support on the sponsorship end. All the team members are not contributing and I'm tired of asking.  I have been doing all I can manage with my P3. Plus the social media pages are dead. There is no contribution on that front too.  I will send an update as soon I have some response.

we are already in a deadly need of sponsors as you know.. there is ain't any work happening from sponsor team side!!!!!

Only JAI is sending us the updates on it...

We have a huge list and script too for calling up the sponsors...

You are heading the sponsorship team pls take care of it :)

Hey Neha,

I can understand how it is to work with a team.. You have the authority as a head to handle the team.. I need not mention in special but make the work happen. Meeting and all are not working but just for the namesake so please distribute the work accordingly give them a deadline and update the same in the doc. If someone missed you can mention the same and we can call or follow up with company for sponsorship, which me and namita are doing since two days. As it is not a single person show it's our entire batch show if not one the other has to take the responsibility. 

Eg: Jaikumar, though he is in content team and as there was necessity in the sponsorship team he started working on this too...

Now tell the sponsor team to send an update regarding which company/companies they followed up and what are the results?
