Feedback Training Opportunity DBHDS Behavior Network Supports Office  Join us for our third free CEU event where we will discuss how feedback, reinforcement, and rapport drive performance and productivity in the workplace.   Training Title: Beyond “Good Job”: Leveraging Principles of Behavior for Effective Feedback  When: July 17th 10:00 am -11:00 am  Description: Performance feedback is the most commonly used intervention to sustain and improve performance; however, many of us have not been trained how to effectively provide it.  In this training, we will discuss the science behind effective feedback, how to make feedback more meaningful, difficult conversations, and receptiveness to feedback.     This training is geared toward clinicians providing behavioral services but can also apply to anyone who is in a supervisor/managerial role.     DBHDS can provide a certificate of attendance to trainees, and 1.0 Supervision CEUs for BCBAs and BCaBAs.
