HCBS 2025 Virtual Trainings
The Office of Community Network Supports (CNS) in the Division of Developmental Services (DS) is partnering with the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) to offer ongoing virtual trainings on the
Home and Community Based Services Settings Rule for Support Coordinators and DD Waiver providers.

shared once you register for the session.
HCBS Modifications for Support Coordinators/Case Managers and DD Waiver Providers
Participants will learn the process for implementing HCBS Modifications in settings where an individual is receiving DD waiver services. They will also learn what constitutes a modification
to be put in place. The session will also include a time to ask any questions concerning HCBS modifications.
Who should attend?
All
Support Coordinators providing services to individuals with DD who are accessing waiver services,
