45-day Extension on WaMS MFA As we prepare to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for WaMS, we want to ensure everyone has a reliable way to access the system securely. We are extending the MFA rollout by an additional 45 days.    While Microsoft Authenticator was the original app recommended for MFA, we understand that some users may not have a compatible phone or operating system. If you are unable to use Microsoft Authenticator, Okta Verify is the approved alternative. Okta Verify is a free app available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.   We will be providing a separate job aid with step-by-step instructions for Okta Verify. If you are unsure whether your phone is compatible with Microsoft Authenticator, Okta Verify may be the better option.   More details and support will be shared soon.   Thank you for your continued patience as we work toward a smooth rollout.
