Thanks for starting this project. Some of the features sound
interesting. I'm a know-nothing with regard to Python so I may not be
doing much in the near future but I will be following the activity.

Don't worry too much about learning Python (not required to use DDP),
unless you want to!
DDP is a protocol, I currently provide it implemented in Python. If
anyone else want to implement in another language, please do and send
me it! Ensure it follows the Python version in terms of classes,
subroutines, variables, etc to ensure it all stays constant no matter
what language it's in.
