Hi,
My original filenames after demultiplexing (without trimming), were:
| 1c_244_R1.fastq.gz |
1c_244_R2.fastq.gz
|
But I renamed them to
| PopA_244.F.fq.gz |
PopA_244.R.fq.gz
I believe this is according to dDocent naming conventions, but it either detects 0 individuals or just tells me they don't follow naming conventions and to please rename individuals to: Locality_Individual.F.fq.gz, For example: LocA_001.F.fq.gz.

What I am not seeing? this is driving me insane. I had used dDocent before and I don't remember this part being such a pain.
Thanks,
Mariana
