Dear All,

Could you please suggest me how can I solve it? help please 

$ vcftools --vcf ZZ_ZW_BiSnps.recode.vcf  --recode-bcf --contigs  hedr.txt

Parameters as interpreted:

--vcf ZZ_ZW_BiSnps.recode.vcf

--contigs hedr.txt

--recode-bcf

After filtering, kept 69 out of 69 Individuals

Outputting BCF file...

Error: Contigs file must contain only contig header lines.
